To be seen at the Community Clinic please note the following requirements:Patients can have no type of medical insurance. Prior to coming to the clinic, whether it is the first time or a return visit, patients must have a letter of denial from the heathcare program in their county. They can call their county to get information: Montgomery County: 936-523-5100 Harris County: 713-566-6691 If a patient lives in another county and needs that County's phone number, please call the Clinic at 281-364-7889.
