What to expect on your first visit..

You will be required to have an appointment.  Upon arrival at the Clinic you will need to sign in and complete appropriate paperwork, which will include information about your financial status, living arrangements, medical or dental history, medications you are currently taking, and additional information about why you are being seen in the Clinic.  You will meet with a volunteer social work who will fully explain the purpose and goals of the clinic and go over your paperwork;  help determine if you may qualify for other health care programs such as Hospital District programs or Medicaid; and help you find available resources for other needs you may have. You will meet with a volunteer nurse or a volunteer dental professional to go over preliminary medical/dental information and to reveal the reason for your visit and your expectations.  You will meet with a volunteer physician for your medical care or  meet with a volunteer dentists for your dental care needs.
