H1N1 Vaccine Clinics

Free H1N1 vaccines will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. The clinics will be held on the following Saturdays from 9 a.m - 12 p.m.                                       

October 24: Lone Star College-Montgomery (Drive-thru seasonal flu shot clinic)   3200 College Park Dr. (hwy 242), Conroe/Woodlands

November 14: Conroe High School                                                                    3200 West Davis, Conroe TX

November 21: Lynn Lucas Middle School                                                             1304 N. Campbell, Willis, Tx

December 5: New Caney Sixth Grade Campus                                                22784 hwy. 59 South, Porter, TX

December 12: Magnolia High School                                                                14350 FM 1488 RD, Magnolia, TX

December 19: Montgomery High School                                                           2285 Highway 105 West, Montgomery, TX
