We're Moving

Attention TB, STD, and Immunization Patients:

Effective July 5, 2010, public health services, including communicable disease, immunizations and public health preparedness, will be provided by the Montgomery County Hospital District.

If you have an appointment scheduled on or after July 6, please go to:

MCHD Public Health Department, 200 River Pointe Dr. Suite 310, Conroe,TX 77340. 936-523-5020

The Public Health Department will be located in the Woodforest Bank Building, south of the entrance to Conroe Regional Medical Center, next to IHOP and Baymont Inn.

Women's Health, Child Health, and Prenatal services will remain at the current location at: UTMB Conroe Clinic 701 E. Davis, suite A, Conroe, TX 77301
