Tri-County MHMR is a non-profit community mental health and mental retardation agency serving adults, children and adolescents in Walker, Montgomery and Liberty County.  Our agency provides an array of services including case management, medication management, and other social services.  We serve adults with severe and persistent mental illness including Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and Major Depressive Disorder.  We operate a 24-hour, seven day a week crisis hotline at 800-659-6994.
